Is there a contract or lock-in?
Monthly plans are cancel-any-time. Annual plans are paid upfront — we'll prorate a refund if something changes. No penalty clauses, no exit fees.
What does "unlimited accounts" mean?
We don't charge per dispatcher, per driver, or per customer portal login. Add your whole team, invite every customer, and connect every driver — it's all included.
How long does it take to set up?
Most carriers are live the same day. You invite customers by email, they create a login, and they see their shipments immediately. No IT setup required.
How is our data stored and secured?
Hosted in Canada on Canadian infrastructure. Encrypted at rest and in transit. Each organization sees only its own data — there is no cross-customer visibility.
